Full-Time Steward(ess) Job in La Spezia, SP, Italy

We are looking for a Stewardess to join our team onboard a 55m MY. We are primarily looking for the right character rather than a specific level of experience — someone positive, reliable, hardworking, professional and genuinely willing to learn. The ideal candidate should work well within a team, be able to follow direction and respect the onboard hierarchy, maintain a good attitude under pressure and be willing to develop within the role. Previous yacht experience is welcome, but personality, work ethic, adaptability and willingness to learn are very important to us. We are looking for someone who wants to become a solid part of the team, contribute positively onboard and grow with the yacht. ASAP start.
