Full-Time Deckhand Job in Viareggio, Province of Lucca, Italy

We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 55m private motor yacht, UK flagged, currently in Viareggio, Italy. This is a full-time position for someone who is reliable, practical and comfortable working as part of an established deck team. The successful candidate should take pride in maintaining the yacht to a high standard and be willing to contribute across all normal deck operations. We are looking for somebody with a good work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Previous yacht experience is preferred, particularly on vessels of a similar size, although candidates with a strong maritime background and the right attitude may also be considered.
