Chief Stewardess – 37m M/Y (Jamaica Flag) We are seeking a strong and experienced Chief Stewardess on a busy 37m charter motor yacht. This role requires a confident leader who can manage all aspects of the interior while maintaining high standards of service and organization in a fast-paced charter environment. Position Details: Vessel: 37m Motor Yacht (Jamaica flagged) Program: Charter/Private Current Location: Fort Lauderdale Cruising Plans: Bahamas for the season Start Date: 1 to 2 weeks Requirements: Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on a charter yacht Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in high-level service, housekeeping, and laundry Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities Valid B1/B2 visa or legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a drug test and background check Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Salary $6,000 to $7,000 plus tips
