We are currently seeking a * Chef * for a 120' vessel, mid-November for the Season in the BVI. Here are some details about the position: * Vessel: 120' Private * Flag: Jamaican Flag * Location: Ft Lauderdale, sailing to BVI mid-October through April * Program: Very relaxed private program, Private, Owner use. * Salary: To be discussed with the Captain. * Position: Seasonal * Owner takes about a trip every month for a week at a time; very relaxed program with crew cooking. We are looking for someone personable, flexible, hands-on, and enjoys working in a relaxed program. **Candidate Requirements:** - Must hold one of the following visas: B1, US Passport, or Green Card. - Relevant experience as a Yacht Chef is required. **Additional Information:** - The salary will be commensurate with experience. - This is a Jamaica-flagged private vessel measuring between 111 to 144 feet (34 to 44 meters) in length. - The itinerary for this vessel includes Caribbean cruising for the Owners' Trip, from November through the New Year. - The cuisine requested is Modern American with a Healthy Twist.
