Looking for a Chef for a private, foreign-flagged 50m new-build explorer yacht with a professional, family-run program: • Private program • Foreign-flagged vessel • Crew of 9 • Trips will have a Family of 4 onboard (2 adults, 2 young adults) • Travel-focused itinerary • Emphasis on wholesome, well-executed food rather than fine dining • Family-style meals • Clean, simple flavours • Strong use of seasonal, local produce • Particular focus on fresh seafood Role & expectations: • Full responsibility for all galley operations • High standards of hygiene at all times • Strong provisioning and menu planning skills • Experience provisioning for remote cruising areas a plus • Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused • Team player in a collaborative crew environment • Adaptable and enjoys travel • Non-smoking / non-vaping vessel Requirements: • Valid B1/B2 • Schengen visa • Current medical Package: • €9,000–€11,000 DOE • 60 days leave • Start: February / March 2026 To apply, please send: • Resume • Sample menu • References
