TYS Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a private family for a Live-In Housekeeper to join their peaceful, high-standard estate on the island of Kaua’i, Hawaii. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in yachting or luxury private homes. The family values discretion, calm energy, and exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation. The successful candidate will take full ownership of housekeeping responsibilities within a respectful, culturally sensitive household. Key Responsibilities Full-charge housekeeping for a 5,000 sq. ft. property Detailed cleaning with a focus on dust and mould prevention (non-toxic products used) Laundry, ironing, and stain treatment using Miele machines Occasional floral arrangements and table décor Occasional support with dinner and wine service (typically once a quarter) Maintenance of household SOPs and daily checklists Clear, respectful communication with the Principal and Chief of Staff Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (yachting or luxury estates) Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising directly with the Principal and team Calm and discreet Comfortable around children (note: this is not a childcare role) Valid driving licence Must have the legal right to work in the USA Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus, but not a requirement Schedule Monday to Friday only Split shift: 8:30–12:30 and 3:30-7:30 Midday break to enjoy the island surroundings Weekly meetings and onboarding support during the first 3 months Package Salary: DEO Private 2,000 sq. ft. accommodation  Car available  Discretionary bonus This is a rare opportunity to join a low-turnover, purpose-led household in a beautiful, remote location.
