Here are the qualifications needed for this job opening: STCW ENG1 Medical Certificate: OOW 3000 GT (unrestricted) 2+ years experience in a senior deck role on 40M+ vessels ECDIS-certified with excellent navigation and passage planning skills Long-range cruising and canal transit experience preferred Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities Bonus Qualities: Team player with a calm, respectful attitude Discreet and confident in guest-facing moments Comfortable supporting multicultural environments Adaptable and willing to jump in where needed.
