Preference given to charter yacht experience. Be a team player and well-grounded. A European culinary background would be a bonus. The chef will need to have strong skills in provisioning and menu planning. They should be clean, tidy, and well organized in the galley. The chef must be able to cook a variety of cuisines to a high standard for both owners and charter guests. Because the yacht does a lot of fishing and diving, it’s an advantage if you are great at cooking seafood. I am looking forward to reviewing all applications.
