Starting April 1st to end of September Boat is based in Palma de Mallorca Private boat with owners using the boat to spend time with family and close friends. The role requires someone who can balance casual and refined dining, ensuring guests feel comfortable while upholding a high level of attention to detail. The Candidate should thrive working in a close knit crew environment The candidate should have strong F&B knowledge and an understanding of restaurant basics. Crew of 5 Typical cruising areas are the Balearic Islands, Sardinia, and one month in the South of France.
