  • CertificatesYacht Maintenance: • Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of all yacht systems, including the E-Plex system. • Ensure the vessel is kept in charter-ready condition at all times. • Crew Management: • Lead and manage a small crew, including a mate, fostering a professional and productive environment. • Provide training, guidance, and support to crew members. • Safety and Compliance: • Conduct regular safety drills and ensure the yacht meets all safety and compliance standards. • Stay updated on maritime regulations and ensure the yacht is always in compliance. • Guest Experience: • Deliver exceptional service to the yacht owner and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. • Licenses & Certifications: • Valid U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License (100 Ton or higher) or equivalent. • STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) certification. • Experience: • 5+ years of experience as a captain on similar-sized yachts. • Experience with flybridge yachts and charter operations preferred. • Skills: • Strong mechanical knowledge, including E-Plex and advanced yacht systems. • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure. • Other Requirements: • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally if required. • Clean background and drug screening.

I am looking for a Captain/Engineer. This is a Permanent position. The start date is 07 Jan 2025. The position is in North Bay Village, FL, USA. Candidate must have one of the given visa(s): US Passport/GreenCard. The salary for this opportunity depends on experience. This is a Virgin Islands, British flagged charter and private vessel that is 0' to 79' (0 to 24 meters) in length.
