58 meter private/charter yacht is looking for a culinary trained Sous Chef. The yacht is in Ft. Lauderdale and is looking for someone ASAP. Winter will be between Florida and the Bahamas and summer 2025 will be in the Med. Requirements - male DTCA - B1B2 in hand - all necessary documents up to date - strong restaurant background - one season under the belt - easy going personality - charter experience huge bonus - must be confident in cooking food the highest standards for both crew (13) and guests - must be capable of maintaining a clean and organised working environment - must be a team player and willing to help out in other departments - experience in making sourdough is a huge plus - non smoker - no visible tattoos What we offer - Salary range $4000 - $5000 DOE - 90 days leave - equally shared charter tips - brand new galley with all the latest equipment - easy going, fun loving crew with no crazy dietary restrictions
