Description
58 meter private/charter yacht is looking for a culinary trained Sous Chef. The yacht is in Ft. Lauderdale and is looking for someone ASAP. Fl/Bahamas for the winter and summer 2025 will be in the Med. Requirements - male DTCA - B1B2 in hand - all necessary documents up to date - strong restaurant background - one season under the belt - easy going personality - charter experience huge bonus - must be confident in cooking food the highest standards for both crew (13) and guests - must be capable of maintaining a clean and organised working environment - must be a team player and willing to help out in other departments - experience in making sourdough is a huge plus - non smoker - no visible tattoos What we offer - Salary range $4000 - $5000 DOE - 90 days leave - equally shared charter tips - brand new galley with all the latest equipment - easy going, fun loving crew with no crazy dietary restrictions
