Description

Seeking FIRST MATE/1st OFFICER for 40m Westport M/Y. Fully refitted in 2023. Charter and Owner usage. Technically, San Diego is homebase, but very active in Baja MX and some travel to lower Central America (Costa Rica& Panama). Cayman Flagged- any nationality welcome. 200 ton master is a plus – (USCG or RYA Yachtmaster). Mate license works. Fishing experience is a big plus. Plenty of stick-time/ operational training available for a go-getter candidate. 50m newbuild in progress so great opportunity for Mate to take over this program or move to bigger boat as Mate if they are the right fit!
