Private, 42M yacht. We seek a freelance Chef for approximately 5 weeks, ending around the first week of October. Applicants must have a US Passport or Green Card, as the cruising area is New England water and a US-flagged vessel. The owners are great and have children. The crew comprises six people, and the chef does not share a cabin. Candidates with STCW are preferred. Culinary training is a big plus but not a requirement; however, they are expected to be pleasant, tidy in their galley, and confident in their skills. There is no need to have extravagant plating; they are expected to cook delicious, honest, and straightforward food.
