Here are the qualifications needed for this job opening: 80' Motor Yacht for family motor yacht. Fall 2024 Hire. Competitive Salary for experienced Captain. Will manage sole stew. Will hire and manage a chef for select family travel with guests. Captains license with clean insurance record. 5 years' experience desired Crew management skills Experience Navigating in Northeast, Florida, Bahamas and Carribean waters. Accounting and budgeting skills Some engineering experience a plus. Working with trades for maintenance, upgrades and repairs. Negotiating skills Problem solving, good work ethic.
