Owner is a very private individual: no pets, no kids, no charters. She is a classic tried and true transoceanic vessel with relatively new systems. • Split Health Insurance costs the first three months, then crew can decide to continue as such or join the yacht’s program • Three weeks paid vacation first year, 4 weeks second year. • “Flex Days” accrued over longer periods of time without time off. Also seeking a Captain/ Engineer if you have worked with anyone in the past you would suggest/work well with.
