First Officer/Chief Mate Jobs on in

50m+ Private motor yacht seeking a Chief Officer holding a Chief Mate or Master 3000GT ticket. This position is a unique one as you will be required to step into a Captains role for 4 months out of the year. You will be required to step up when the Captain is on leave. It’s essential that you not only hold a ticket but that you are comfortable and confident in driving a boat this size, as you will be moving. During your time in command, you may be doing Mid Atlantic crossings. The Chief Officer needs to be able to run the vessel and crew at the same standard as if the Captain were on board, and be able and willing to step down when the captain returns. The program will consider a CM3000 applicant provided they have some drivetime and experience in the relief captain role. Salary DOE. 12 full time crew. Start in May in the Med.
