I am looking for a Bosun. This is a Permanent position. This job starts ASAP. The position is in San José Province, San José, Costa Rica. The salary for this opportunity depends on experience. This is a Jamaica flagged charter and private vessel that is 145' to 175' (45 to 53 meters) in length.

This is the likely itinerary for this vessel: Costa Rica, Panama, East coast, Bahamas, Caribbean, New England. We have been away from the Bahamas for over 2 years so are hoping to spend some time there but we follow the charters. .
We need an experienced deckhand or current bosun to step in and keep the main vessel and all her toys in shape and ready. We also need someone that has an out going attitude to fit in with our charters. This person also needs to know how to fish. Charters love to fish and we need to be able to accommodate this. Spearfishing experience would also be great. We are looking for someone who wakes up with an excited attitude to start the day. We pay good offer good leave and offer medical coverage. US or foreign doesn't matter as long as you have the qualifications we need.
