Rotational Chief stew required for private 50m Westport (Chater every once in a while). Start date 10 March 2024. The rotation is 10 weeks on, 10 weeks off. Joining vessel in Fort Lauderdale while the boat will be in shipyard, mid-April vessel will cruise to Mediterranean for the season. You will be working with an interior team of 3. Ranging from ages between 23 to 32. The right candidate has to have a high standard in all aspects of the interior. The owner is great, but he has a good eye for detail and likes to have everything run the same during rotations. We have a busy program with little time off, so only apply if you’re used to that. Qualifications & Requirements: -B1/B2 or legal to work to work in USA -Schengen Visa -STCW, ENG1, FHS, any interior qualifications are a bonus -More than 5 years of experience in the yachting industry and at least 2 years experience as Chief Stewardess -Confident, capable and passionate -Strong admin & accounting skills -Team player, great leadership skills and good crew management - Great references to back work experience - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Willing to go the extra mile for your team Salary DOE Only apply if you meet the Qualifications & Requirements.
