Contract Chef Job in Road Town, British Virgin Islands

We would like to hire a chef for our charter trip. Our group consists of 5 married couples that have chartered a 54’ Bali catamaran for a week in the BVI. Our itinerary includes sailing to various islands in the area: Norman Island, Jost van Dyke, Peter Island, Anegada, etc. We are all experienced boat operators and have done this trip several times in the past, but we need a chef to join us on this trip. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Provisioning. * Preparation of breakfast, lunch, drinks/cocktails, appetizers, and possibly one or two dinners during the trip. Most of the dinners will be at various island stop restaurants, and the chef will not need to prepare dinner for those evenings. * Galley cleanup. We’re a fun, active group that enjoys all things water-related and are looking for an excellent chef with a great personality that enjoys preparing awesome food and cocktails. This is a 8 day (7 night) trip beginning on 09 Feb 2024 that starts and ends in Road Town / Beef Island, BVI. Accommodations on the boat for the chef include a crew cabin in the forward peak with a berth, head, wash basin, shower and porthole . Very competitive compensation available for the experienced chef with great references. Ideally, the successful candidate is already in the BVI area and does not require travel to start the position.
