Deckhand Job in

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a dynamic crew, offering a unique opportunity in the world of luxury chartering. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience, with chartering experience preferable. Essential qualifications include an STCW Nav Watch Rating (II/4 or II/5), as well as PWCI certification and expertise in water sports, particularly E-foil and wakeboard tender towing operations. Proficiency in driving twin outboard engines is required. A positive attitude and energy towards work and fellow crew members is vital. The position offers a 5:1 rotation initially, with potential for improvement in 2024, the winter yard period is located in Italy. Salary DOE but industry standard, and tips are shared equally among all crew members.
