Deck/Engineer Job in Miami, FL, USA

Seeking a Deck Engineer, green or experienced, for our private Miami-based vessel. Open only to those in Miami/Fort Lauderdale or willing to relocate. Must have experience with Italian boats, tender operation, and water toys. A key part of this role will include equipment management and maintenance tasks like maintaining air handlers or doing strainer cleanings. Day trips only, no overnight guests which offers a unique work-life balance in the seafaring profession. Accommodation available in crew house on property. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only. Confidentiality agreement required. Role starts July 15th, 2023. Ideal candidate: proactive, independent, minimal supervision needed. We are looking for a candidate that embodies a work ethic that minimizes micromanagement.
