Full-Time 2nd Officer Job in

26m ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION VESSEL LOOKING FOR A SECOND MATE!! We are looking for a Second Officer for the coming 2022/23 season. Starting October in the Falkland Islands, science trip in South Georgia islands, charter season in Antarctica and shipyard in Chile ending in April. Excellent boat for someone that loves adventure! Need a relaxed vibe from the crew as we spend a lot of time at sea together on a small vessel. Someone that is into photography and / or wildlife is a important you will be guiding wildlife photography trips. Must have good previous bridge experience you will be standing watch everyday in in very icy conditions. Great job for someone that wants to actually experience Antarctica, what the guests do you have the opportunity to do as well. Zodiac beach landing experience is a plus! Must have up to date certs and at least STCW basic training, yacht master ocean/unlimited. Note: This is not a white boat! She is a 1960s rescue vessel converted. Something will  old and require extra care and effort. Shipyard after the season will require previous shipyard experience.
