Full-Time Bosun Job in

55m M/Y searching for an experienced Bosun. Busy, dual season private vessel. Must have 3 plus year’s of experience within the yachting industry. Have to be comfortable with all aspects of Deck work and General maintenance whilst also guiding Junior Crew. As the Bosun, you must be confident in managing and training the 3 Deckhands. Remaining hands-on with general deck duties, including painting and varnishing. Well organized maintaining inventories and job lists. You will need to have previous watchkeeping experience and be competent with solo watches & solid references. Package start date ASAP. Salary DOE. Permanent position with 38 days holiday and return flight per year. Must have OOW, Competent watch keeper, Confident in leading and motivating a team, Strong maintenance skills, Hardworking. Dive Master/instructor preferred. Open to both male & female. B1/B2 a bonus. Summer in the Mediterranean, Winter in the Caribbean. STCW, ENG1 must be up to date.
