Full-Time Head Chef Job in

A wonderful American family is seeking an experienced chef for their 45m Hakvoort, currently in a San Diego shipyard. The vessel is preparing to spend the summer in Alaska, followed by Central and South America. The owners love to explore different cuisines and prefer their chef to be in control of the menus, rarely interfering with the chef's plans. Typically, it’s just the family with one or two friends on board. It is a permanent, sole chef position, with an immediate start; females are preferred due to cabin arrangement. Salary DOE. Leave 90 days. Active, healthy crew with a strong team-oriented ethos. Guest trips often coincide with fishing tournaments where the sports-fishing chase boat is entered. Most importantly, the owners use the boat to relax and explore with their two children.
