Mate – 37m M/Y (Private/Charter) Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL / St. Thomas, USVI Vessel: 37m Custom Line Flag: Marshall Islands Start Date: ASAP Salary: $6,800 to $7,500 per month We are seeking an experienced Mate to join a 37m M/Y for a private/charter program. The yacht is currently in Fort Lauderdale and is scheduled to depart for St. Thomas on Wednesday, where she will be based for the winter season. The yacht has five charters booked for the upcoming winter season, with the Captain looking to book 12 charters this year. The vessel will be in St Thomas during the winter season and the Mediterranean during the summer season. The yacht runs with a crew seven. They are looking for a motivated, professional Mate who will fit well into the team and contribute to a successful charter program. Requirements: 200-ton license required Previous charter experience preferred Strong deck skills and a professional work ethic Comfortable working in both private and charter operations Tender Driving Skills Male or female candidates welcome B1/B2 Visa or legal to work in the USA Package: Salary of $6,800 to $7,500 per month, DOE 40 days of annual leave Health insurance included Immediate start available
