We are seeking an Engineer to join the crew of a well-maintained, U.S.-flagged, private motor yacht. This is a stable position with the vessel spending the majority of the year dockside and only occasional short trips. Ideal for a professional seeking a steady, dependable schedule with less travel, based in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities: Oversee and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and scheduling of service vendors. Handle lines and assist with short runs or repositioning when needed. Monitor dockside systems. Maintain safety equipment and ensure the vessel remains in ready condition. Support the Captain and crew in keeping the yacht in excellent operational and cosmetic condition. Requirements: U.S. Passport or Green Card (required for U.S.-flagged vessels). STCW Basic Safety Training, USCG License, Medical Certification. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting experience; USCG engineering credentials, or equivalent preferred.
