Barton and Gray Mariners Club is the Future of Yachting with a fleet of 50+ Hinckley Yachts serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes. This full time seasonal position will work directly with the Barton & Gray Captain’s team to support the day to day needs of the port including, vessel cleaning. This position will work with multiple departments within Barton & Gray to facilitate the port running smoothly and ensure a high quality member experience. The Dock Support Team Member is responsible for: - Assist captains with removing mooring covers - Assist captains with turnover and cleaning of boats in between watches - Prepare boats for scheduled outings - Maintain cleanliness of the yachts: wash, polish chrome, clean teak floors, clean engine compartments, replace oil sorbs as needed - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Valid, unencumbered driver's license - Reliable transportation for use in work day - Weekend and evening availability - Strong organizational skills - Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
